Day 6 Jan 22

We woke in San Ignacio and had breakfast. Then we walked about a mile to what Artemeo called The Oasis.  The water was fresh and the vegetation was beautiful.  The air was calm so the pictures show the trees in the reflection.  We then boarded the bus for Guerrero Negro and one more time with the whales.  This was the best yet.  We saw several whales and then 2 began to visit back and forth with us and another boat that had children on it. The water was calm.  We kept singing yellow submarine and then we were trying other songs.  Hey hey We’re the Monkeys seemed to work.  The pictures and video say it all.  It was amazing!

From there we drove back to Catavina and had a fun evening learning the Mexican way to drink tequila shots.  We also had a pinata.  Supper was delicious.  We had to pay for internet which we chose not to.  All the fresh air made me tired.  So I was in bed early.
